West Virginia is a state unique to the eastern United States. Apart from being over 85% wooded, it is also withing a days driving distance from over 80% of the country's population. Which gives us a great potential to be a hub of outdoor recreation.

The WVDGA hopes to harness this unique position, along with the use of tournaments, charity events, and community service to promote and advance disc golf throughout the state of West Virginia.
