As the rays of light start to shrink into Winter's shadow and northern fairways disappear beneath blankets of snow, we bid farewell to another stellar year of disc golf across the globe. huk lab came into being to help build a vibrant disc golf culture both on and off of the course. We have been privileged this year to glimpse a beautifully burgeoning disc golf culture in several huck laboratories across North America. Thank you for supporting this great game of aim by taking a friend to course, playing catch with a kid, competing against friends and rivals, picking up trash, attending work parties, joining the PDGA, and purchasing disc golf gear. Each of you are contributing to the positive evolution of our sport. May all of your biggest dreams take flight in 2006 and to one and all…. happy huckin' this holiday season!

2K5 ReCap
Once again, calendar pages have turned faster than the spin of a disc. It seems like yesterday that I was working on a 2k4 ReCap and typed…”2K4 flew faster than many of the new super fast drivers coming down the fairway”… in our first edition. Today, as I ponder the passing year there are so many things worth a mention that it is hard to merely pick a few highlights.

Thanks to your support, huk lab was able to sponsor 39 events from Vancouver, BC to Clearwater, FL, including becoming the title sponsor of the Great Pacific Northwest's inaugural PDGA National Tour & Am A tier event, the Beaver State Fling. We had a field of 91 pros compete for a $13,859 purse and 143 Ams take part in the event.

After a mini Midwest tour through Missouri and Iowa, we packed the mobile huk laboratory ('89 Camry Wagon) and rolled to Arizona for the Amateur Worlds in Flagstaff. World disc golf events are always packed with great memories like hucking a big lid with fellow Oregonians and some of the team from Taiwan at the field events. Spending time with old friends and meeting so many new ones at the Little America hotel. The daily dose of chains ringing and thunder clapping.

We (Boojum, the huk dog & I no Thrill) concluded our season of traveling to huck laboratories across the nation with a trip through Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona and California. Our adventures were many and the fun could fill more pages than you want to read but a sneak peak of the Tulsa Am Worlds courses and hucking at Circle R and Twin Parks Country Club made every mile of the initial 34 hour drive worth it.

Team huk lab (THL)
THL also enjoyed a great year of growth as we added 6 new members. We are very excited to welcome Dario Re, Michelle ‘Mouse' Wilson, Nate Sexton, Valarie Jenkins, Angela Tschiggfrie and Chris Sprague to our team whose mission is to spread the ‘huk luv' enthusiastically and positively to disc golfers everywhere. Veteran THL members Dave Feldberg and Avery Jenkins were on tour full force in 2005 (even now as I type) and posted several wins though none as large as David Farin Feldberg winning both the 2005 USDGC and 2005 National Tour Championships. Congrats Dave, we all knew you had it in you!

New hukDealers
We would also like to welcome 5 new hukDealers that joined our dealer base in 2005. We look forward to growing the sport together in 2006 and beyond.

Our beloved mobile huck laboratory, the 1989 Toyota hukWagon which carried us faithfully to so many events and courses over the past 3 years is now rests in peace. We are very excited to begin next year's hukTour in a new Toyota hukVan which has much more room for our growing mobile huck laboratory.
