Brent Hambrick Clinic

Des and Yeti have been working with the PDGA to start a National Tour Clinic program, and it looks as though it's starting to take hold. Fellow hucksters Avery Jenkins (forehand) and Dave Feldberg (throwing farther) preached their craft, while Des handled the approach game, and Kim Scott-Wood took care of putting. I guess they did it in a tag team style coaching method, with 50+ casual players in attendence! Nice

I've always felt that the best way a "Professional" player can give back, is to help other players realize their potential and promote the sport from the grass roots.

  Great job guys!

I hosted a couple of "Break Through" Clinics at the Corridor Classic this weekend in Iowa, but with only about 10 players in attendence. Among the 10 were the Iowa contingent of the Deaf Disc Golf Assoc., and I'm happy to say their was no communication barrier with my body language and theatrics! The clinic was a huge success as all of the participants in this hands-on style clinic made break throughs in their game. (they were doing most of the throwing - no inappropriate touching - well you'd have to ask them).

Thanks Again to everyone who attended!
