LAB BIO:
On the Course: Any pre-round rituals? Wow...maybe I should get some of those! Tenacity, mostly and a drive to win. Lots of sleep and lots of putting! I would like to continue to raise my player rating, play in more tournaments, and and work to gain more flexibility and consistancy in my game so I can go pro in 2009! Pet peeves? I hate waiting!! I wanna throw! My anhyzer has really come along! What’s in the bag? I couple of Omega Supersofts, a new and abeat up Roc, a Star Sidewinder, a couple of Champ Valkaries, a new Roadrunner, a QMS, an Omega LS, a couple of pro Starfires, a TeeRex and a couple of Orcs. Words of huck wisdom for new players? Ladies, keep playing!!! Never give up. Boys can sometimes be mean (but they are getting better!), but my best advice is to play doubles with someone who really knows how to play that knows your learning and will let you do the chip shot and the putt. That was the best training I could have gotten. The long drive is something that comes with time and individual practice. Off the Course:
What do you do when you not out huckin’? When I'm not out throwin', I own my own production company, do freelance producing with cable television stations, act and am still questing to not get a real job.
My role models are the people in my life that make things happen. My father, who was a person who genuinely was a protector of his fellow man, my mother, who was a teacher, and my best friends, Marian, Camille, Janice, and Bonnie. If I were to pick a celeb, it would be Tina Turner. If I were to select a religious figure, it would be Buddah. I have an innate competitive drive, I guess. I love to win! Academic pursuits? I have a BA in Psychology pre-med but I am always learning new things. I am currently studying acting and television production. Personal pursuits, dreams? My dream is to be a working actress or an Emmy-winning television producer. My life goal is to be happy, give back to my community and the world, and just make my mark in the world. HUCK FAVS:
All time favorite disc? Discraft Xpress will always be my all-time favorite disc. I discovered my long game using that disc! My current favs are my Orion LS, my special blend Orc, and my Pro Starfire. Favorite throw? I love sinking a knealing putt from under a tree. Same as above, I guess.
