On the Course:
Any pre-round rituals? What has enabled you to achieve a high degree of success? Trust in myself and having others trust in me. How do you prepare a tournament? Eat well. Have everything I would ever want while playing, not to forget anything. What are your goals for 2007? 1000+ rating. Any rules that if changed would better the game? Ditch the lost disc re-throw rule. Pet Peeves? Cheaters. Have you added any new throws over the off season? I've improved my roller and sidearm. Discs I will be huckin’ this year? Blurr, Diablo DT, Inferno, Sabre, Element, Wizard. Words of huckdom? #1: Don’t beat yourself up. #2: Learn how to enjoy practice.  *Final nine at the 2006 Lilac City Open.
Off the Course:
What do you do when you're not out huckin’? My sister Tara who is a champ in the making and the sweetest person I know. We are closer then any bro/sis combo. And of course my disc golfin' dad Stimpi Steve, who has kept me playing; from sponosoring me to play tournaments to making a course on his property and running a tournament on my 13th birthday and every year since. I love my family very much. Music is also important to me, whether I am playing or listening. Writing, Reading, Snowboarding, Tennis, Photography, Cinematography, Knitting, Bike Riding, Rock Climbing, Card/Board Games, Camping, Designing Web Sites, Playng Poker, Christmas Season at Home, Swimming, Juggling, are also things I enjoy. Who are your role models? My mom, Renée Roehl, for her integrity. My English teacher, Sally Lavin, for being able to relate to every kind of kid. Something I want to do. What motivate you? The thought of getting better; family. Academic pursuits? I am a Freshman at Fairhaven College (Western Washington University). I want to desgin a concentration incorporating as many of my academic interests as possible. Which ones I don't know yet. Personal pursuits, dreams? Make it to the top of disc golf. Queen Elizabeth (temp), Vancouver, BC. Favorite food on the course? BumbleBar, Jerky, Spicy V8, Granola, Mixed Nuts, Dried Fruit (The only reason I carry a tour bag is so I can allow for constant snacking.) Favorite post round pleasure? Chocolate.
